Cardio-Kick is a combination of Taekwon-do and aerobics. It combines all the kicking and punching techniques of traditional martial arts with the music, rhythm, and cardiovascular workout of an aerobics class.

There’s no martial arts experience required… no special uniforms, no bowing or other Asian formality. Just fun! And Sweat! And the dedication to work hard to be the best that you can be!
